SimpliUtili publishes focused tools that solve a defined task and explains enough of the method for a visitor to understand the result. Pages should be useful without requiring an ad click, account, or purchase.

How a tool is reviewed

• The page description is compared with the behavior of the published tool.
• Formulas and edge cases are tested with representative inputs.
• Claims that depend on changing law, tax figures, or public rates are checked against primary sources.
• Important exclusions and assumptions are stated next to the methodology.
• Inactive, unfinished, or placeholder tools are excluded from the index and sitemap.

Sources

For financial, tax, employment, and transportation topics, SimpliUtili prefers primary public sources such as the IRS, Social Security Administration, U.S. Department of Labor, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and U.S. Department of Energy. A source link supports the specific assumption described on the page; it does not mean that the agency endorses SimpliUtili.

Updates and corrections

Time-sensitive pages display a review date. When an assumption changes, the calculation, explanation, and review date should be updated together. If a material error is found, the goal is to correct or unpublish the affected page rather than leave a misleading result online.
